The emphasis of this range is variety, of both styles and flavours.

We have numerous waxed products, for example: Whisky Cheddar, Cheddar with Port or Claret and Vintage Cheddar. In addition our added ingredient products are increasingly popular and these come in savoury and fruit categories made with Cheddar and Wensleydale cheese respectively. Many of these also have a waxed format if required. The latest edition to this range is Cheddar with real English ale, comprising Pilgrims Choice Cheddar and Old Speckled Hen beer. Traditional layered products such as Mayflower and Famous Five complete our range of speciality cheese.
