Farmhouse Mature is traditionally handmade in the West Country at Parkham Farm in Devon, using local milk. Naturally matured for over 9 months, it is checked regularly by our graders to ensure a consistent flavour, ideal for lovers of authentic, flavoursome, farmhouse cheddar. Farmhouse Mature has a flavour level 4 and is suitable for vegetarians.
