Farmhouse Mature cheese is traditionally handmade on selected West Country Farms which take great pride in their cheese making. Naturally matured for over 9 months, our graders regularly check its progress, to ensure a consistent flavour in every pack. With all the flavour but only half the fat of standard cheddar, you can enjoy much more of this authentic, flavoursome, farmhouse cheese. Lighter Farmhouse Mature has a flavour level 4 and is suitable for vegetarians.
